What does the Populator app do?

You want to load a user system model into the model repository.

You want to validate the internal consistency of the class, state, and action facets of that model.

With the model loaded, you can use various model apps to analyze and convert that model.

For example, you might want to generate code, perform run-time verification/simulation, or assess performance against various target platforms.
